ServiceNow Developer/Professional

Job Role

  • Perform all aspects of ServiceNow Administration, Design, Development and Implantation of Software Solutions 
  • Work on script-based ServiceNow enhancements. 
  • Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, trusted sources for SSO, Mid server, we -services, Power BI, email and other relevant technologies. 
  • Build and Deploy required enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform. 
  • Implementation of ServiceNow for ITSM. 


  • Day-to-Day development activities- tackle development, analysis, understanding requirements and other issues. Involvement in all stages of development (planning, designing, development, deployment, testing, etc.) 
  • Strong technical knowledge in: Scripting, System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications. 
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs- all scripted aspects of ServiceNow system, client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs. 
  • Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like Service Mapping, etc. 
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM module- Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change, Problem. 
  • Reporting/Dashboard solutions. 
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships such as CMDB, Asset, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of ITSM best-practice processes & must be self -motivated with a proven track record in ITSM Technologies. 
  • Ensure documentation, processes and standards are maintained or created for platform.
